What's a seat?

A member of your workspace. You choose the number of seats, so the bill is known in advance. Add seats at any time; remove them at renewal.

Apps and agents

Apps and agents use a member’s gateway key. Their calls count toward the workspace’s monthly allowance, like everyone else’s.

You connect your own provider accounts and pay them directly. We never resell tokens or add a margin to them.

Questions IT asks us.

Do you charge for model usage?

No. You connect your own provider accounts and they bill you directly; none of that money passes through us. The trial’s starter model is on us.

What counts as a seat?

Each member of your workspace. You set the number of seats, so the bill doesn’t change with how much people use AI. Apps and agents use a member’s key, and their calls count toward the allowance.

What happens if we go over the call allowance?

Nothing stops, and nothing extra is charged. We alert you at 80% and 100% of the workspace’s allowance. If you’re regularly above it, we’ll suggest Business, which includes four times as many calls per seat, or a custom plan. Tenmore Gate’s own calls, such as policy checks, aren’t counted.

Can we try it before we buy?

Yes. The free trial runs for 30 days, for up to 25 people, with every Business feature and 5,000 gateway calls. It includes a starter model for the length of the trial, so you can send a first request before connecting your own providers. When it ends, choose a plan (Team starts at one seat) and keep everything you set up; until then, the workspace is read-only, for up to 30 days. For Enterprise, we run a pilot with you.

Why is self-hosting only on Enterprise?

Running Tenmore Gate inside your network involves installation, upgrades and support for your environment. Enterprise includes that work, plus your own database and retention rules.

Do the decision models cost extra?

Tenmore Gate doesn't charge for them. Policy checks run on a decision model you connect, such as Jev or an equivalent you host, and that provider bills you for its use.

Can we change plans later?

Yes. Move up at any time and pay the difference for the rest of the period. Move down at the end of a billing period: features the new plan doesn’t include keep working as you set them up, but can’t be changed.

Can we pay in Canadian dollars?

Yes. Customers in Canada can pay in CAD: Team is CAD 14 a seat a month billed annually, or CAD 16 billed monthly; Business is CAD 29 or CAD 34. Taxes are added where they apply.
